We believe in using ingredients that are as fresh as possible, that food should be delish and there is much fun to be had in trying something new.

We sources our steaks from local suppliers and looks for the best available tender and quality fillets. Our fresh seafood is ordered & delivered from the markets weekly including Sydney Rock Oysters.

Our Chef, Aaron Clews, is passionate about flavour combinations and local produce.  For those who prefer something other than steak, we offer alternatives such as pork, chicken, seafood and burgers.

Chef Aaron Clews moved here in May, 2017.  The cold fresh air, and the beauty of the Autumn leaves, from the day he came here, he knew he didn’t want to leave.  The access to a wide range of local produce was exciting.  But even more exciting was the number of people who have a huge passion for food in the area; chefs, bakers, cheesemakers, winemakers, farmers and growers of all things delicious.  He arrived at the Steakhouse with a small personal collection of local olive oils, cheeses, jams and relishes.

The team are young and excited to be learning about fresh produce while being passionate about food.  The chef is known for arriving into the kitchen with a `host of new local products he has been able to access whether it is straight off the lemon tree or freshly picked rosemary or lavender.  The fresh herb garden out the back of the kitchen now has thyme, mint, oregano, rosemary and lavender with a wishlist of more to be added.
